1) Who We Are
This website HotelPetLovers.com (the “Site”) is operated by AG Consulting srl, registered office: Strada Statale 16 km 432 snc, 64028 Silvi (TE), Italy, VAT no. 2) What We Do (and Don’t Do)
Hotel Pet Lovers is a directory and information service for pet-friendly travel. We are not a travel agency, broker, intermediary, property manager, or booking platform, and we do not enter into lodging contracts on your behalf. Any enquiry, reservation, payment, or service is exclusively between you and the relevant accommodation provider (the “Property”).

3) Third-Party Listings and Responsibility for Content
Most information on the Site—including descriptions, services, amenities, pet policies, fees, restrictions, photos, videos, availability, prices, contact details, maps, and promotions—is provided directly by Properties (owners/managers/operators) or generated from their public materials.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, timeliness, or availability of such information. We are not responsible for any information/services/photos or other materials inserted or provided by the Properties on or through HotelPetLovers.com.
You must independently verify all critical details with the Property before traveling or booking—especially pet policies (size/breed limits, number of pets, allowed areas, fees/deposits, documentation, vaccinations), availability, prices, house rules, and local regulations.

4) No Endorsement; Rankings & Labels
Any listing order, “featured” placement, labels, scores, or badges do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by us. They are informational and may reflect paid visibility, editorial choices, or automated ranking signals.

5) No Professional Advice
Content on the Site is informational only and does not constitute legal, veterinary, safety, or other professional advice. For health/safety or regulatory matters, consult qualified professionals and the competent authorities.

6) User Accounts, Reviews, and Submissions
If you create an account or submit reviews, photos, or other content (“User Content”):
a) You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, display, and distribute your User Content on the Site and related channels.
b) You warrant your User Content is truthful, lawful, non-infringing, and does not include personal data of others without a lawful basis.
c) We may moderate, edit, refuse, or remove User Content at our discretion (e.g., for quality, safety, or legal reasons) without any obligation to you.
d) Do not upload malware, spam, misleading or defamatory statements, hate speech, or content that violates privacy or third-party rights.

7) Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (i) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download listings or data; (ii) attempt to bypass access controls or security; (iii) use the Site in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it; (iv) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (v) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

8) Notice-and-Takedown
We operate a notice-and-action process. If you believe any listing or content is unlawful or violates rights, please email partner@hotelpetlovers.com with sufficient details to identify the content and the grounds for the request. We may temporarily hide or remove content while we assess the notice and may contact the Property or content provider for clarification.

9) Third-Party Sites and Services
The Site may contain links, embeds, widgets, or APIs that lead to third-party websites or services (including booking engines, maps, messengers, or payment processors). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites/services. Your use of them is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

10) Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site (including layouts, filters, ranking signals, or features) at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site or any content will always be available or uninterrupted.

11) Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents (excluding materials provided by Properties and User Content) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content except for personal, non-commercial use consistent with these Terms.

12) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—regarding the Site and its content, including accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. 
Without limiting the foregoing:

– We do not promise and cannot assure that you will receive responses, availability, bookings, or any particular outcome from any Property listed on the Site.
– We are not responsible for information/services/photos or other content inserted by Properties (owners/managers/operators) on HotelPetLovers.com, nor for changes made by them after publication.
– You are solely responsible for verifying all information with the Property and complying with applicable pet rules and local laws.

13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages; loss of profits, revenue, contracts, goodwill, data; or substitution costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Site or reliance on any content. Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law, our aggregate liability shall in any event be limited to the greater of €50 or the amount (if any) you actually paid us for Site access in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1229 Italian Civil Code) or for any other liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

14) Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile as provided by EU law.

15) Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by Italian law (without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections). Disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer’s place of residence or, where permitted, before the Court of Teramo (Italy).

16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
